Our recruitment process is entirely focused on identifying candidates with strong core values which are aligned to the Kickstart culture, vision and mission. We strongly believe technical skills can be taught however a kind and well-natured individual, especially working with children and young adults, is pivotal to our success in everything we do. Our qualified and energetic full-time coaches provide a developmental pathway to inspire players to develop their skills and love of sport in a safe and supportive environment. Our coaches are positive role models and help provide players with a platform and opportunities for success.
